« It was good, just needs a fitness room »

« They changed our reservation details without asking us first. They changed from a two king beds room to a one king bed/one sofa bed and thought that that would be fine. After bringing the issue to night desk they switched us to two queen beds. Cleaning crew also left gear in the room that we had to remove. Soap dispenser didn’t work. Breakfast wasn’t good. Selection was poor. Not worth staying there. »

« I booked this property specifically because it had a hot tub. When I arrived, the hot tub was not functional and seemed it hadn't been for awhile. I understand that parts break, but if a property is taking an amenity away for an extended period of time, it should be removed from the listing and those who already booked it should be informed so that the reservation can be cancelled and I could find another place with a hot tub, or choose to keep the reservation knowing there no longer is one...
