« This location was a perfect place to rest a cross-country road trip. It was easy to find, centrally located, quiet, and with excellent parking. It had all the an accommodations we could need. The bathroom amazing. Appliances were fantastic. The entire place was smartly decorated and comfortable. »

« We had a very comfortable stay. It is very well stocked with toiletries and snacks. The pool and hot tube area is very nice! The property, as described, is in the woods so just note that if you need anything like ice, be sure to get it before you turn off of route 220. »

« Stayed for 6 nights and was a nice sized apartment that had everything we needed. It was walkable to the core of downtown but in a quiet area with businesses that were only open during the day so noise at night was not a problem. Parking in the lot next to the building was easy and we were pleased to find that instead of having to carry everything up stairs (we brought bikes) you can just walk onto the roof from the back of the parking lot after opening the back door from the front entrance....

« We had a wonderful anniversary trip to Roanoke and could not be happier with our lodgings. This place is a mix of modern meets historic. It is a great place for a weekend getaway for a couple or for a group of friends. There are 3 bedrooms and plenty of space. There even is a car charger, which we asked to use and the property owner shared. Check-in and out was easy. Kitchen facility was great. »

« Very clean and just as described. Was directed outside of VRBO to complete checkin process and give security deposit, which I did not love. Once I got over that, our stay was perfect! »

« Property was as described. Plenty of room. Limited free parking during the week, but we were able to work it out. Close proximity to just about any thing. Enjoyed the patio area. »

« This was a great location with lots of character. We had several meals that we prepared in the kitchen, and enjoyed the neighborhood and convenience to other locations. »

« Booking process and communication with host was excellent. The unit was convenient to two local breweries and a great taco place. The space was clean and the bed was comfortable. Not a big deal for me but could be for some - there are no windows in the bedroom, and therefore only one way in/out in an emergency - probably not unusual for a city dwelling, and the unit has fire suppression (sprinklers). »

« We loved our stay! Always looking for an alternative to hotels in Blacksburg on busy weekends. Even though it was a bit out of the way, we loved the location. Just beautiful. The attention to detail and all the special little touches left us wanting for nothing! The hot tub was especially nice after a long day. One note just to be aware of, bathroom is great, water pressure is a little low in the shower, not a big deal, just need a little extra time to rinse off. Overall, a great hidden gem. We...

« This place was great for our needs! It had three separate bedrooms with comfortable beds, making it ideal for a group or family. Access was generally easy, though it may be a bit challenging for anyone with mobility issues due to the stairs. The front door was a bit tricky—it required a firm push to open. There was a slight cat odor, possibly from a previous guest, but it wasn’t overwhelming. Overall, these were minor issues and didn’t take away from the experience. I would definitely stay here...
