« The lady that checked me in was extremely nice. The room was clean and comfortable. What surprised me the most is how quiet it was compared to a conventional hotel room. You couldn't hear the people beside you or underneath you. I will definitely book here again. Great Stay! »

« I wish I could give this location more than just 5 stars. The hosts are amazing, the location is tranquil, the animals so sweet, and the apartment is immaculate. It’s the perfect location as it relates to proximity to the Floyd area. We will be coming back to stay here again!! »

« Could not ask for a better property to stay at. Kitchen fully stocked. Loved that you took an old building and refurbished it. Needed more than 2 washcloths for a three day stay but we made do. This is a quaint little town and we love coming there. Hope to return soon and will use you again. »

The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. « Cool little apartment with lots of room; owner mentioned he was working on additional upgrades and renovations, will have to return and see. Convenient to get into Blacksburg as it's on Peppers Ferry rather than on the way from VT to the highway. »

« We booked our stay for Parents Weekend at Tech. Everything about the apartment was just perfect. The hosts were extremely helpful, the kitchen is well appointed, the beds are comfortable, and the location is unbeatable. We will definitely be back. »
