« Great location but somewhat difficult for older travelers. Two flights of stairs and no elevator. Could use some mats for inside tubs. Probably not relevant to younger travelers. Otherwise nice venue and very well maintained and managed »

« Location is excellent as you can walk to restaurants, shopping, waterfront, etc. The unit itself was just as pictured and we enjoyed the outdoor patio most evenings. Lots of stairs to get you some exercise :-) free covered parking across the street for our vehicle saved Quick responses to all questions. Would stay here again if visiting Alexandria. »

« Mark was a gracious host and we really enjoyed our stay. There was one flight of stairs to go up into the building but an elevator if you were staying upstairs.The location was wonderful surrounded by great restaurants and a quaint neighborhood. Lots of shops too but we were too busy to shop! :) There was a little bit of noise from the restaurant across the street but it did not bother our rest one bit. The building and unit was very clean and decorated nicely. Hubby enjoyed his kitchen as well....

« The building and hallways are dated and have that old smell. The apartment itself was clean upon entry. It was decorated nice. However, when we went to cook many of the dishes were dirty. We also started moving the decorative plates off the dining table to eat dinner and had roaches run from under the plates. I got a picture of a baby one that I will include. My son in law also said that he found a bedbug on the couch and killed it. These are issues that people don’t want to deal with on...

« Overall it was a comfortable stay. Private entrance one BR suite, kitchenette with easy off-street parking. My favorite feature thermostat in-unit and ceiling fan. Thanks Cris »
