« We rented this apartment from hotels.com for a week during house construction. My initial impression in the first 24 hours was mixed/one of concern because the assigned parking for this apartment is compact, surrounded by other ‘compact’ parking spots filled with SUVs, which made parking stressful and I could not connect with anyone within the first 24 hours because we arrived on a Sunday. « The building and hallways are dated and have that old smell. The apartment itself was clean upon entry. It was decorated nice. However, when we went to cook many of the dishes were dirty. We also started moving the decorative plates off the dining table to eat dinner and had roaches run from under the plates. I got a picture of a baby one that I will include. « Have stayed in many homes/apartments in Old Town over the last 5 years and we loved our stay here. Very modern but comfortable, excellent location …though being on King Street can result in some noise but wasn’t an issue. Great size esp in the living area as we’ve stayed in some that were cramped. Host was awesome….easy check in and easy and safe getting in and out. Will be one of our go-to’s in the future. »

It is a long, narrow floorplan and best suited for 1 guest. Bathroom is adequate but tight. Nice & safe neighborhood 2 houses from the Metro. Downside is the noise from the metro but it’s not too bad. This feels like a fairly new Vrbo but it was great for my needs. This is actually 4.5 »
