« We really enjoyed this unit. We have started in the building in two of the other units and this one may be our favorite. The weather was perfect so we were able to really enjoy the outside deck. Felt so private and a great place to get some sun and read a book. I would recommend this place if you are needing a one bedroom. Location is great, we have never experienced any noise and the free parking is easy. »

« 1. Was not aware that we're have to carry all our items upstairs. Very hard to do with a large ice chest. 2. We had issues with the a/c not actually kicking on. 3. The bed was horrible!!!! You could feel the springs in the bed, very hard. 4. Grout missing all over in the bathroom. 5. The door to the bathroom had to be slammed shut to get it to close. 6. WAY smaller than the pictures led to believe. 7. Wouldn't recommend, or stay here again. »

« What should have been a straightforward trip turned into a stressful experience. The host canceled my reservation just hours before I was set to leave for DC. If I hadn’t checked my messages before going to bed, I would have arrived without a place to stay. To their credit, VRBO worked with me to secure a replacement at a discount, but the process took several hours late at night and added unnecessary stress to the trip »

« The place was cozy and clean, but there was no toilet paper other than the roll on the holder, so I had to buy a package of toilet paper and left the extra rolls there for the next guest. The electric kettle in the kitchenette had some standing water that was left and a layer of mold was on the surface, so I had to scrub it really good before I used it. I made sure it was dry when I left. The smoke alarm jarred me awake at 7:06am on Saturday, so that was interesting and scary-thank goodness...

« Location was perfect for my stay. Walkable to Old Town and literally directly across from Metro. If you are a light sleeper you will hear Metro announcements and Amtrak and Virginia railway trains roll through. Not a bother to me but FYI. Entire place was very clean and there’s enough space for two. Bathroom was small which was ok for me but lack of an electrical outlet might be a challenge for some. Locked myself out once due having to deal with keys. My fault entirely but a bummer. Owners...

« Host was helpful and quick to respond to questions. We did have trouble with the air temp as the AC window unit was right next to the bed and the radiator was underneath it. The radiator was blasting heat and we didn't know how to turn it off. Host responded quickly and advised to turn the valve (sounds obvious but we didn't want to strip it and there were no instructions we could find about the heat - we were looking for a thermostat). That was our only hiccup. Location was primo and...
