« We had a great time at the property for our hospital retreat. Our staff was able to relax and have lots of different areas to hang/chill - hottubs, game room, lobby, back patio, etc. Everyone having separate rooms more like a hotel was also great! Would go back. »

« The property was great. Views were incredible. Lots of room. Kitchen was small, but I used it effectively. Biggest disappointment was that it was blazing hot on the second floor where the bed was. Had to use the pull out couch. Had the AC on the first floor cranked and it did nothing for the bedroom. They really need to fix this. The fans on the second floor were useless. Can't give a 5 star for this reason. Debated on giving 3 stars. »

« Overall it was a good experience. The only issue was that the King sized bed is in the loft area which we wouldn’t get cool enough so we ended up using the Murphy bed downstairs But overall a good experience. »

I found this condo in very good condition and a good value for three nights after Christmas. Provides great access to both Durango and the mountains. The view out of the window is exceptional. Salt & pepper and a potato peeler would be nice to...
