« We had a great stay. A nice place to come back and relax after a long day. Being greeted by cats, chickens and horses was the best part. The host provided delicious eggs from their chickens. I really like the surrounding forest and meadows and very comfortable indoor and outdoor furnishings. We definitely will be back! »

« Outdoor area was private which we enjoyed. The water pressure was good and there was plenty of hot water for us. There was really no comfortable place to sit inside of the cabin. The sofa cushions are worn and split open (see photo). The king mattress was not comfortable. The entire house needs a good deep cleaning as there is a ton of dust everywhere except table tops. « Beautiful house with beautiful views! Was silent and peaceful outside, lots of wildlife. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Very quick trip to downtown but drive back to the house feels like you are completely out of town. Would stay again! »

« The Redmesa cottage was a perfect place for me and my son to stay while visiting Durango. It rained during our trip but we were still able to grill outside. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve a meal. The host also provided Ramen (my 17 year old loved this) and makings for 'smores. The coffee was great too! Sunset right out the back door was spectacular! »

« The house was wonderful and we had an amazing vacation. There are a few things that we found that you needed to note: there was no remote for the light/fan in the bedroom upstairs on the left, the remote in the downstairs bedroom is inoperative. There is a need for a full length and a chair in the downstairs bedroom. We couldn't find a snow shovel.None of these are major but notable. Thanks Peggy »

« GREAT SPOT! Comfortable for my 6 and our dog.. visiting Dgo family. hosting dinners/bbqs was easy with the well equipped kitchen. The balcony overlooking- was a joy to watch kids playing in the neighborhood. Andrew’s parents live right next door and are very nice quiet and helpful if needed. Very safe, beds were all very comfortable , the master shower bathroom was OMG! , lots of parking , we did walks daily from the house to downtown and close by trails.
