« We had the most wonderful weekend stay in Cowes and could not have been happier with the property. Everything was thoughtfully set up and incredibly well equipped. There was more than enough crockery, utensils, pots and pans for a big family, which made cooking so easy. « Cleanliness lacked - bathrooms had not been cleaned post last visitors - including dirty toilets, sink and shower floor. Floor was very dirty with hairs and when wiped, cloth was black with dirt. Basin and bench top dirty as well - had clearly not been cleaned. I had to clean both bathrooms before we could use them. « Luckily for us the weather in Cowes was pretty good so we didn’t spend a lot of time at the house. On the days it rained it exposed the multiple holes in the roof which appeared to have been there for sometime. We reported this and a guy came out and said, “they told me there was a report of a small leak” but this is much bigger than that” and we never saw him again.
