« Our stay was excellent. Clean accommodation, warm shower, a bunch of take-away places nearby and a lovely park to walk the dog. The only negative was thanks to Expedia. A pet friendly, google maps search took me to expedia's website. The "pet" checkbox is bypassed in the booking process. After it was booked, thankfully the host alerted us to the discrepancy, and it took quite a bit to correct the oversight. Two thumbs down to Expedia. I won't be using them again until their lazy web designers...

« No communication with host. Not a place to be without a car. Walking uphil on roads without sidewalks not safe after dark. No place to sit outside. 10 min from center is true when downhill without luggage. With luggage uphill a chalenge if not knowing the location. Positive: cute homely place with excellent shower and comfy king-sized bed. Close to Wombat and Convent. The electronic lock failed and we took a key instead. Very quiet place, we did not see a soul except for a lovely grey cat. »

« The property was a bit tired, clean and fine. The bed was very uncomfortable for me and my wife so we didn't quite get the full R&R we'd hoped for. I'm guessing the bed is quite old, it was saggy on each side with a raised section in the middle which is typical for old beds, so not easy to get a good night's sleep - and that is in the top couple of things we are after in accommodation. Spa tub was hot, everything easy otherwise, though I did feel like no-one checked the freezer seeing as there...
