« The cabin is great. Running the generator we were able to keep the refrigerator cold, the hot water hot, use the coffee maker, and run the mini-split. A full tank of gas in the generator easily carried us through the night. Fueled up the next morning and the generator ran for the day. Great porches on the cabin, I only wish they were covered as it was raining while we were there so didn't get to enjoy. There is a gas grill available as well. « We loved the knotty pine paneling, appreciated the inspiring picture/mottoes on the walls, and a really comfy bed. Cumberland Falls, Pine Mountain State Park, and the Cumberland Gap National Park were conveniently nearby. Everything in the kitchen worked (and we prepared significant meals there!) « We didn't arrive until late. When we got there the place was freezing cold. There was an AC wlindow unit that had a heat setting. After 15 minutes it was still blowing cool air. So we saw a space heater. When we plugged the space heater in, it blew the breaker. We decided to just use the space heater since the window unit was blowing cool air. We were exhausted so we went to bed. The space heater said it was 52 degrees. There was no thermostat so Im guessing it was fairly accurate. Least to...
