« I dont think this place actually exists. Dont return emails or phone calls, no actual street address exists as far as I can tell, and mapquest will direct you to a park directly adjacent to the African American Museum if you try to drive to this "guesthouse". Its a scam. Stay away! *Expedia intervened and quickly found us an alternative reservation, so we didnt end up without a place to sleep that night. Kudos to Expedias customer Care professionals! »

« Great location for my needs, walkable to multiple bars and restaurants. Parking was found a block away. Host was helpful getting into the building on my arrival night. I did not realize the entry code would not be automatically sent after completion of the pre-check-in process and it was almost 11pm. The external handle to the front door of the building fell off on every entrance or exit for myself and other inhabitants, it was amusing but not an issue. « There are TV's in the rooms, walls are a lil thin and it echoes a little. There are very limited parking an none of its free but there are some cool places within walking distance if you don't plan on driving around seattle »

« Beautiful Property! The Area as well was very nice! 10/10 I do wish there was waters at least provided but other then that perfect stay! Very affordable! Good for 2-4 people to stay ! And definitely recommend it! »
