« We had an excellent stay. The house is adorable and the beds so comfortable. I think my kids had one “complaint” and it was no TV in the bedrooms aside from the master. We were so busy they hardly noticed. The pool wasn’t seasonally open yet but the sauna was wonderful. We would 100% book again! »

« The house was great for our neice's family to attend my mother's funeral in King George.the house was very clean and everything was labeled. There was no hairdryer on the property. Be sure to read the contract and rules carefully. Anyone not staying at this property is not.allowed to come to the house at all. We didn't realize this and met at this home (we.rented 3 VRBOs in CB) and inadvertently broke the rules and had to pay a penalty fee. »

« Beautiful property on the Rappahannock River. Can tell it’s a little older. Everything was clean. It was nice that the linens were provided. We did have to make the beds with the sheets that were provided. The water toys were a blessing. Kitchen nicely stocked. Ashley was easy to get in touch with and check in was seamless. »

The beds were very comfortable, plenty of hot water, and the outdoor space was so nice for my kids to run around. Jennifer was an incredible hostess! « The house itself was nice. The hot water in the master bathroom shower didn't work for the first 2 days so it held our family of 5 up in the mornings. There was also a moldy to go container under the couch along with crumbs and a moon pie. »

« Wonderful cozy beach house with a beach (non crowded) at 2 minutes of walk! The host is attentive and is quick on your questions during the stay. We forgot ours souvenirs from our stay and she helped to find solutions to shipped back them to us! Thanks for your hospitality Rick and family »
