« Beautiful house located 6-7 blocks from the beach - has everything you would need for a great beach trip, including a beautiful back yard with fire pit and chairs. Earlene, the host, was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again! »

« Our family stayed here for a graduation trip. It exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for everyone and the property was clean, tastefully decorated, and had all cooking amenities we needed. The washer and dryer were also very helpful for our group. Not familiar with the area, we weren’t sure what to expect. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Close proximity to everything we needed. Thank you! »

« My family and I had a great time during our stay here. William was quick to respond to any questions we had, and the house was clean and comfortable. The complimentary coffee and snacks were nice and we absolutely loved sitting on the front porch where we could enjoy the view of the water. Would definitely stay here again! »

« Super, super cute mid-century mod renovated cozy house, walking distance to many things in Colonial Beach. Located just off the main road, this is a great stay. Very comfortable, so beautifully decorated, and great outdoor space. The neighborhood is a little strange because it's a mix of a lot of older homes, located behind a 7-11, BUT it is just a humble area and we felt safe. We were glad to be close to a good coffee shop (Love Bites) and a few restaurants. Easy short walk or drive to the...

« This house was just what we were looking for. It was just my wife and I and our fur babies so it was perfect. We didn't need the other two bedrooms so we just closed the doors. House was clean and quiet and location was perfect for us. We did notice however that previous renters did not clean up their dog waste which was a shame because the owners were kind enough to allow pets and some people tend to take advantage of a good thing. We would definitely stay again. »
