1. Unité rénovée magnifiquement sur 3 niveaux dans le centre historique de Fredericksburg

Vieille ville de Fredericksburg

« We loved the downtown location! The parking specifically for unit c is very tight so we had to park on the other side. Walking down to the basement is a chore! Stairs are very tight, but the kids loved it! Had a musky pet smell mostly upstairs in the carpeted areas. The upstairs bathroom in particular was very dirty. I had to rinse the tub out because there was hair everywhere. There were only 3 towels left in the bathroom and 5 of us. We ended up finding more in the downstairs(basement) closet...

« Our stay at Fern and Forest was fantastic! We stayed in the three-bedroom unit, which definitely offered a boutique charm. Everything you could possibly need is provided during your stay. Fern and Forest is conveniently right off of Route 17 but sits in a very quiet, relaxing spot. The host could not be more available or attentive to anything you need. This will definitely be the spot where we stay when we return to the area! »

« Fern and Forest is simply wonderful. Very clean and the room smelled amazing. Amy and Josh put a lot of work into this suite. If you forget to bring something, chances are they have it in the room for you to use. To the fresh linens and the robes hanging in the closet, to the clean bathroom and amazing patio area, I have to give this place my highest rating ever. We had such a pleasant experience and we look forward to our next weekend get away here. »

« This was a very comfortable place to spend the night. We basically just needed bed space for a few nights. If we were eating here, it would be difficult as there are only 2 barstools in a cramped space. I think there would be room for a small table, which would be more family friendly. We also would have appreciated a dresser or shelving to store clothes, or some hangers in the closet and a lamp on either side of the bed. We also would have liked a top sheet on the bunk beds. There was only the...

« We didn’t actually stay, the place was a little odd, and the guests I was with were a bit uncomfortable. There were a lot of spider eggs under the furniture and my mother saw numerous bugs. The padlock the get inside was either broken or dead so we were instructed to go through the other entrance of the house which was another rental, but they kept a spare key to our unit (the basement) in the upstairs rental which kind of scared some of us. Overall, the basement itself was spacious and cute...
