« First experience with VRBO. So we went for a supper host to make sure we are getting what we see. Place is very close to beach, excellent for that. It says parking available but in reality, it is in the street, in busy season, may not be that obvious to find parking. But what we did not like was the furniture, old and dirty. Stains on the bed covers and on the mattress covers. Walls in bathroom dirty, we put our towels on the sofas to be able to sit down and did not even use the terrasse as...

« We had never been to Broadkill before but it was ideal for children. The beach was quiet and the bay was calm. The shed was equipped for our time in the sun! The backyard bedroom was perfect forWhen the grandparents came and wanted some quiet in the evening and mornings! The home was clean, cared for, and comfortable. « The hosts have thought of everything!! From WiFi and Roku’s to beach chairs and beach tags, we wanted for nothing for our quick get away to the Shore. The big back yard and hot tub were an extra bonus to come home to after a long day at the beach. Very clean, well appointed property with all of the essentials included. Pet friendly and within walking distance to the Bay, Wawa, CVS, and local restaurants. The hosts were a joy to communicate with and very responsive to requests and questions....

« My family and I had a wonderful stay! The house was extremely clean. I have a crawling baby on the floor so, I was thankful! Beach access was close, area was quiet. Streets are walkable. Donuts at the local Broadkill store made our stay extra sweet. I will definitely book again. »

« Rebecca was an amazing host. Great communication from before to after our stay. This place is great for 2. The unit was private and the area was peaceful. Only a 2 block walk to the beach. If you like to be away from the boardwalk crowd, this is the place for you. Would definitely stay here again. A heads up that if you plan on cooking here, you may want to bring your own cookware since the supplies are limited, but otherwise I would give it an A+! »
