« Beautiful place to stay. I will be staying at the Lokal again. Short walk to beach, stores, restaurants....perfect location. If we needed anything, just a text away. Place was clean and I especially loved the heated pool. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Washer and dryer was a plus. We stayed with 5 people and having two bathrooms was a dream come true:) Thank you for a nice time away. »

« Love this location! So close to the beach! Such a safe and quiet neighborhood, yet a quick walk to the boardwalk for a fun night out! Plenty of room for a nice meal in the kitchen and lots of local restaurants for a nice dinner out too. Very clean inside and we loved having our coffee on the porch in the mornings. Our pup loved it too. »

« We wanted to have a little vacation weekend with our son & girlfriend. The set up of the home had both a big, comfortable living room / dining area as well as plenty of privacy for both couples. (Bedrooms & baths on both floors.) The kitchen had what we needed. Parking was easy for our two cars. We would vacation here again. »

« We had trouble getting in but Craig responded promptly and figured out the issue (door access set for wrong date). He's really a delightful guy who can defuse a stressful situation well. The apartment was clean, cozy, comfortable, and well appointed with all the amenities. It was a pleasure to meet Craig and be there. »
