« Pros: Modern, clean and well furnished basement in a residential area in Moncton. It is exactly like the photos. We wished to have washer & Dryer or a cuisine but here aren't.There is a baking tray though. There is a parking in front of the house beside the owner's car and there are security cameras. Cons: This is a basement in the Owner's house. The sound insulation was not good at all. We can hear every movement and every conversation on top of us like we were in the same room. I should say...
