« Great location and interesting layout in this historic house. It was the perfect respite for our stay before our puffin tour the next day and close to town for a concert on the common and restaurants. Note : to access one of the bedrooms you need to go through the bathroom, but it worked out fine. Dmitri was super communicative and was kind enough to let us know we left a pair of shoes there after we departed. « Really well received with good A/C and a lovely view on the water. It was more spacious than anticipated and has all the kitchen and home tools for the stay. Really recommended! »

« The property was well-kept and a great base point for the area. The view of the water from the living room and kitchen was beautiful and the home was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay! Minutes from Boothbay town center and the Botanical Gardens, it was in a great location too. »

« We really enjoyed our time at this cute 2 bedroom just minutes away from downtown Bath! The street was quiet, and the backyard was perfect for our 2 dogs.The place was very clean, and it felt like we were staying in a home, not a house. The host was very responsive.Overall 10/10. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to stay again. »

« My friends and I had a great time at Come Spring Farm! We got hit with a lot of rain as soon as we arrived and it was really cool to watch the storm through the windows in the dome. We were impressed with the bathroom/shower facilities and the Coop hang out space, and I was thrilled to help feed the animals in the morning. We hope to return soon! »

« An extraordinary spot and home! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the owner was very accessible, friendly and knowledgeable. »

« Great Home, peaceful, in the wooded area. Kitchen could use some more cookware, maybe a crockpot or some larger cooking pots/pans. I like to cook, and I did cook each day we were there. There was a Nespresso machine so we did buy a cheap coffee pot to use because there is nothing like a fresh hot pot of coffee for the 5 of us every day. Beds were great, might I suggest a small TV on the wall in the downstairs bedroom to the left. We played cards and enjoyed walking around the property. I...

« Very relaxing! Great screened in porch where we spent most of our time if we weren’t fishing or floating in the water. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Very clean. It was a great family vacation! Only negative was there are many big rocks and seaweed in the water. No place to walk in. So kayaking, canoeing and floating are your best choices. Would go back!! »

« Amazing house with plenty of space for our extended family (9 people). Loved the living room, deck and yard for family to spend time together. Kids loved the bedroom with 4 single beds. AC worked great throughout the house during a hot July week. Lake was clean and dock was great for swimming and floating on tubes. Would definitely stay again. »
