« We were very disappointed with our accommodation, as upon arrival we could see that it had not been cleaned properly, and that no maintenance had been carried out in a very long time. Everything was grubby, the mat in the living room was dirty, and there were long dark hairs all throughout the ensuite bathroom and shower.
