« Needs a good clean. Advertised as ‘linen provided’, but two days before check-in, received an email telling us to bring our own sheets and towels. We had already left home. Fortunately, there was sheets and towels provided- of very poor quality. No clothes dryer, as advertised, either.Location was excellent »

« Check in was easy and smooth. Good location is all this property had going for it. Stove only worked on high and smoked out the kitchen every time we used it. Loungeroom light didn't work. Fan in loungeroom didn't work. Dishwasher washed dishes with sand all over them. Had to clean out all drains. Absolutely filthy. Ended up handwashing because it didn't clean dishes properly even after washing out strainers and drains. Tv didn't work at all. Screen doors (x3) mesh was broken and rats came into...

« Sadly the unit was not very clean inside or out. Rug need to be thrown out no way would I let a toddler on it. Mold on curtains , screen doors don’t shut properly so bugs came in at night coffee machine broken etc. unit needs some tlc. Location was perfect but if your old or have bad knees just remember there are a lot of stairs. »

« Whilst location was excellent, apartment was outdated and “grubby”. Couch had rips, fridge shelf broken, no bin provided , windows filthy, substandard provisions . Needs a good clean and refurbishment »

« If you don't mind bringing your own linen and other supplies and walking up 4 flights of stairs then I highly recommend this unit. It is in a great location. Park your car in the garage and walk everywhere. Right beside all the conveniences and the beach. The unit is maybe an early 90s build but very good condition. Well appointed kitchen and the whole unit is very spacious. Great for families. »
