« Arrived in the middle of July to a freezing cold unit with no heating. The 2 abysmally thin polyester blankets provided for the queen bed were grossly inadequate. One equally thin very small throw was provided for each single bed. Even with these 4 miserable blankets I was unable to be warm. These blankets were not even fit for a dog's bed.
