« This place was an awesome accommodation for a family with everything you need and in a great location right in the centre of town walking distance to the local shops and horseshoe bay beach. Ample room in the apartment with amazing views to Trial Bay Gaol. Apartment is decked out with everything you need (except linen but this was clearly advertised). « We were very disappointed with our accommodation, as upon arrival we could see that it had not been cleaned properly, and that no maintenance had been carried out in a very long time. Everything was grubby, the mat in the living room was dirty, and there were long dark hairs all throughout the ensuite bathroom and shower. « Apartment was filthy, bed sheets stained & dirty with grit, sand and hair. Floor was dirty, tables and benchtops were dirty, oven was filthy with grease and crumbs. Outdoor area and garage were filthy with debris. We refused to stay, left and found alternative accommodation. »
