« It doesn’t get much better than this. We stayed for three nights for our 25th anniversary. The listing and the reviews made me want to rent this property and getting here made me wanna buy it. Your steps from the beach, which, although not private, is as close as it gets to it. The bed is super comfy and we slept great every night. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the front yard area and from the couch in the living area. I can go on and on about the amenities and how great this property is,...

« We had a lovely stay at the Palaka cottage. Waking up with kids, going on the lanai for breakfast, and walking to the beach were a joy. The space was perfect, the amenities were fantastic, and the outdoor shower turned out to be clutch especially showering off the littles after a day at the beach. »

« We had a great stay at Fern Grotto. This cottage is a great central place to stay. Easy getting to the south or north shore areas. We took advantage of the kayaks, beach chairs and cooler provided. The cottage had a lot of amenities provided. Bed was very comfortable and easy check in/ out process. There are two communal washer/dryers and that worked fine for us. Would definitely stay here again. »

Toni’s property and gardens are pristinely manicured for you to sink into island time and enjoy your stay on the beautiful island of Kauai. My wife and I truly enjoyed our extended stay at the property. It has all of the amenities someone would need, easy 5 min walk to tunnels beach for the best snorkeling on the island, and the best greeter/guard dog out there. We cannot wait to come...

« This is where my wife and I stayed while exploring the North shore portion of our trip to Kaua’i. I would say this shore is a little slower pace and less congested than the other areas we stayed. It’s kind a short drive to do anything except visit Anini beach which is a very short walk from this property.This is what I would almost call a guest house on this property, the main house is just a short 25 feet away, and is also available on VRBO. Awesome if you have multiple parties wanting to stay...

« This isn’t just a rental property, it’s a home. I can’t think of one negative aspect of my stay and it’s hard to pick top highlights. Definitely the outdoor shower was a treat. Otherwise all of our travelling needs seemed to have been anticipated. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and dishes. Air conditioners worked perfectly. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Simply said, it was perfect. »

« Enjoyed our stay! Loved the screened in porch for meals. Enjoyed sunset every evening at Po'ipu beach park a 5 minute walk. Great hike on the Heritage Trail to Secret Beach. We did day trips to Eleele and Hanapepe, Salt Beach Waimea and Kekaha beach. All in all a fantastic stay. Easy check-in and spacious house. Quiet neighborhood. »
