« Perfect for our needs. Close to Snow College. Big parking space in back of house with motion lights at back door. Thoughtful little touches - shampoo, conditioner, body wash in showers, plenty of soap, toilet paper, and makeup wipes - I love that! Barbecue and cute little bistro table to sit at out back. Nice big comfy couch to lounge on. TVs with Roku. Big kitchen. Lots of counter space. Kitchen table. Stools at counter. Washer and dryer with laundry soap and fabric softener sheets to use....

« Lack of cleanliness made it difficult to enjoy. Showers were dirty, there was hair on the floors and clumps of hair hanging from a towel. The shower curtains were very dirty but replaced the next day when we messaged them. The windows throughout have not been cleaned in sometime. The oven has not been cleaned in a long time. Drains missing from sinks and tubs. Screws missing from outlets. Blinds were broken in multiple rooms. Property has not been maintained. Manager was quick to respond and...

« Upon arriving at the home, entry was quick and easy. At first look the home was in good order. The home is marketed as a large home that sleeps 16. It does very comfortably sleep 16 but there are multiple other areas that don't work for a large group. Cooking and mealtime if you intend to use the home for that was difficult. Silverware for only 10, Seating for only 11, Big enough cooking pans and other various items you would need not there. The other primary problem that needs to be addressed...

« We had an amazing stay at Magical Mountain View Retreat. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The private backyard was a highlight, and the swim spa hot tub was perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The views were beautiful and made the stay feel very peaceful and romantic.
