« This is a beautiful home located just minutes from shopping in Spanish Fork. We spent the week-end with family as we celebrated a wedding at the Payson, Utah Temple. The space was great for gathering the night before the wedding ceremony and off and on during the events on the day of the wedding. This home is well kept, clean, and comfortable. Lily & Ryan were great hosts! »

« We all enjoyed our glamping experience at Sandy Beach. The hosts were very responsive and answered all my questions. My kids loved playing in the lake and sand and the favorite was the jet ski we rented for a couple of hours. Having a campfire with the lake and mountain scenery was another favorite. A very wonderful and memorable experience! »

« This is our second time renting this place. Clearly we enjoyed our stay the first time, and had to rent it a second time. For middle aged women looking for a quiet place this is the perfect place to come relax, visit, eat, and just get away from the spouse and kids for a few days. The cottage is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your own food. The beds are comfortable, the place is super clean, and the ease of check in and out is perfect. If you’re looking for a quiet little town...

« Historical cottage with the expected creaky old uneven floors, but made comfortable with air conditioning, modern kitchen and bathrooms, and linens, towels, and kitchen items. Check in was easy and the owner communicated quickly through VRBO. There was plenty of space for our family and for extended family members to come gather for dinner and conversation. We appreciated the 2.5 bathrooms. Information on use of the cottage is clearly spelled out in a binder and on small signs. Very convenient...

« This home is full of warmth and charm with a great view of the mountains right in the back yard. Julie and Arron the owners are wonderful people and made our stay very comfortable. We loved the hot tub and spaciousness of the home. Comfortable beds, big kitchen, with everything you could possibly need. For sure the best Vrbo we have ever stayed at! »

« Very new development house was pretty much brand new. All bedrooms upstairs for quietness and fit our party of 7 perfect. If u have kids they have a Nintendo Wii that was fun to play. Springville and Provo are close by. Seemless check in and out and good communication with the host. »

« We had a lot of fun. Kids played in hot tub and water slide in back yard. Great place to look at the stars. Fun games in the out building, Just wish the pool table was together. Other than that we had a great time. »

« We were in town visiting family and this property was only 5 minutes away from where they live, so very convenient. It fit us all well and the bed was SO COMFORTABLE! »

« Our mom has been in the Care center in Santaquin, Utah and this may be the last Thanksgiving we had with her. A few of Us live out of Utah and needed a place to be together so we can have the holiday with my mom. This place was perfect and it helped Bond us together and be together which hasn't happened in a really long time. »

"Hotel tres agréable personnel sympa. Dommage que nous avions pour voisins une famille avec 2 enfants tres turbulents et que l isolation laisse un peu a désirer "

"Très bel accueil du propriétaire qui nous offre bouteille d'eau et barre de céréales à notre arrivée la chambre et spacieuse il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire pour passer une bonne nuit un frigo un micro-ondes une cafetière pour le matin le lit est très confortable côté salle de bain cététiste malgré l'usure ça reste fonctionnel et ça reste propre très bien pour passer une nuit lors d'un road trip."

"On the plus side, the staff was very nice and helpful, and the room was clean. On the negative side the room and bathroom were looking extremely old and the AC unit was making an awfull amount of noise (i had to turn it off to be able to sleep) "
