« Stairs broken in multiple places, lukewarm hot water, bifold hallway doors off the laundry area and stacked in the living room, both coffee tables broken, front screen door wont latch, multiple water leak stains on the walls and ceilings of bedrooms, none of the TV's have any signal to any service, property manager unresponsive. Clearly a not well taken care of property »

« I don't recommend it because they charge huge amounts of additional money.The bathroom is poorly designed; when I took a shower, the water leaked small drops. and they charged me 2,450 for something that wasn't my fault.And even though I repaired the small damage in the ceiling »

« Great neighborhood and location. We loved the screened in porch. Owner had ample supplies for our use: paper towels, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, etc. Owner responded within 30 minutes when I had a need. I would definitely stay here again. »

« The place was good for the price we paid, and the host responded quickly whenever I had questions. I’m not sure if the cleaning crew did a good clean prior to our arrival. The home had a smell to it that we couldn’t get out even with febreze/Clorox spray. Also, it may help to have the front porch sprayed for bugs, as there were quite a few large ants on the steps.Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hosts communication. »
