« This house is the best deal on the island for a large group of people wanting to stay close to Friday Harbor. Location is super convenient. My main disappointments with the house is that there are only 2 showers, one of the rooms has no window that can be opened so it gets very warm on hot days, and the house creaks loudly as people walk around. I would say this house is geared more for the kind of people who can handle a hostel kind of experience. »

« The room was clean. You're basically sharing a portion of Lin and Paul's house. They're very sweet and will try to come greet you when you arrive. They're very kind and helpful, so you can discuss your plans with them. When I arrived, they were preparing dinner, so they asked me to join in for a meal with their family. « This is a MIL apartment that I think was cobbled together by the home owner. While it isn't what you'd call modern or super 'nice', it is very clean very quiet and I completely enjoyed my 3 days. The neighborhood feels very safe. »

« The location of the home, nestled into the forest on the Hood Canal, is so appealing, and the back deck and beach are just delightful. The home is a funky 1950’s beach house, and if you forget to bring something—whether it’s catsup, tape, or beach towels—you’ll find it here.
