« This was a great location. It’s close to everything. The beds were comfortable. The shower was great with lots of hot water. The house is pretty old. There’s nothing in the kitchen as far as cookware. The towels had a terrible smell. »

Me and my family always rent properties during our stays but this place , the beauty of the place , the amazing communication with the staff, the cleanliness was impeccable and nothing ever compare with this property . « Sanctuary by the Sea is aptly named. Our group of four could not have had a nicer stay. The location is phenomenal - beautiful and serene. A true get away from the stresses of city life. The house and grounds are lovely. The hosts, Jon and Amanda, are spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay there again. »

« While the grounds and lake were great (the only reason for the 3 stars) the home left a little to be desired for the price. Fan in bathroom halfway hanging out of the ceiling, doorknobs on vanity in bathroom came right off when trying to open, curtains over sliding doors were ripped off the grommets, shower head leaking and spraying everywhere, bedside light didn’t work, and outdoor motion light didn’t work. And seeing as how there are no porch lights on the side or driveway this was major. We...

« This lovely home had everything we needed. My only suggestion is people should know the driveway is steep before booking as it may determine the car they bring with them. Other that suggestion everything was perfect! »

« Wonderful home that very comfortably accommodated my family of 6 adults. The home is well equipped and has so many amenities - open plan with plenty of seating, great kitchen, huge master suite with jacuzzi tub, video game machine in one of the bedrooms, hot tub in the backyard. The location is perfect as the jumping point to explore the Olympic National Park. Thank you to our hosts for a perfect stay! »

« This home was remodeled beautifully and comfortably. Very spacious and cleaner than any VRBO property we’ve stayed in and we’ve stayed in plenty. So many supplies in the kitchen and the bathrooms had everything we needed. We had one little problem and it was solved within hours. We have plans to return in September for another week and look forward to it. Nothing beats a front row seat to the Puget sound! »
