« Boathouse was cozy and very tidy when we arrived. The owner was actually on location staying with family in another boat house they have. She was very attentive to our needs and kept great communication throughout our stay. I also found out that A co-worker had stayed there several years prior after I posted pictures and he told me to look at the guest book they have. « Host was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. He even shared veggies from his own garden with us. The best part is the location. We love Alexandria Bay and being on the waterway was special. There were 13 people in our party and everybody had a bed. We hope to stay here again in the future. »

« Nice central location for going to state parks, Thousand Islands, and Watertown. Cozy updated cottage that accommodated five of us just fine. Host was very responsive to questions and the one issue that came up during our stay. Evening walks on the road along the lake were a highlight of our trip. »

The kids doubled up in the bunk rooms. The game room is unbelievable!!! Huge!!! My husband brought his bass boat. There was enough parking for all the vehicles. We definitely will return!! »

« The location was quiet and relaxing. Unit well enough equipped. The lake pics are all taken from the back deck which is up on a dune. Those lake pics look beautiful but, from the house, you're looking at the dune. That was the only disappointment as you can't just sit at the dining area and watch the lake and sunset. From the deck - perfect! »

« This was the most charming, spacious home to stay in. Loved the Village of Cape Vincent. Great small businesses, still actively functioning Tibbitts Point lighthouse. Proximity to Clayton/Alexandria Bay without the touristy feel. Our host Robert King is very nice. The house is so nicely decorated with great antiques and a nod to the water it sits on. The rooms are spacious, 4 bedrooms all with a theme. I could go on! So happy I chose this property for our sisters trip. I hope I can come again »
