« Great place, had parking for multiple trucks and boat trailers, with public ramp 3 min away. Porch space is awesome. Kitchen was vey well equipped, all features and amenities worked as they should. Host communicated well with instructions and answered any questions promptly. Lake access involves a steep section that’s especially challenging when wet (would be tough for someone older or with hip/knee issues) but once at the water we had a nice sand beach (lake level dependent). « Another annual girls weekend in the books! We love this place and come back as often as we can. The Host is beyond accommodating. The house is clean and comfortable with all of the amenities needed. Best part is the back patio with a beautiful view of Toledo Bend. Thank y’all for letting us enjoy this beautiful place!! »

« Our stay was awesome! It was just my husband and I, our 2 daughters, and our dogs. We all had a blast. House was just the right size for our small group. Lots of rafts and extra water amenities provided and all were really nice. We plan to rent it again when it’s cooler temperatures. It’s a nice little oasis. »

« My daughter was receiving an award and needed space since we were traveling in from Dallas with family. The house is lovely, checkin and communication was good. Plenty of space, perfect for what we needed. Two things to note. Sofa in living room needs to be replaced, back has no support. There is no privacy door for the forth bedroom, open.
