« Margaret is a good host. prompt in answer ?s & was determined to settle a serious problem we had on property. Condo was well stocked with all we needed (except beach/pool towels) recommend an extra wash cloth when we had 5 listed for the stay. The condo could use updating, especially bathrooms. 25 to park in community, which we did not know until we checked our check in instructions. The listing says no additional fees. But Not a huge deal, so we checked in with no issue at the guard shack...

« We stayed here as a group of six adults and one baby, and I was genuinely impressed. The place was spotless, very comfortable, and incredibly convenient. It’s close to golf courses, the beach, and all the facilities you might need. Parking was easy and never a problem. « This condo had everything you needed for a very comfortable stay. The furniture, appliances, and decorations were high-end and in wonderful condition. We appreciated the extra touches like blankets to use at night while watching TV and the books and puzzles to pass the time away during the chilly and rainy weather we had during our stay (we stayed end of October) and the hair dryers, curling and flat irons in the bathrooms. « What a wonderful beach condo. The listing and photos were exactly as seen. Everything was immaculately clean. The views were amazing. The size of the condo was perfect for a family of 4 adults and an infant. The living room furniture was comfortable for relaxing. There is an active renovation project going on for the entire complex. Our first morning started with jackhammer drills underneath our specific condo as its the parking garage. « Apartment is extremely well located (Forsyth Park right there), and just as described. Cannot praise the owner communication and reactiveness too highly. Having the parking spot a real help, even if we didn’t rent a car ourselves. With the Olympics on, we appreciated the three large screen tvs when we weren’t outdoors. »
