« Stayed here a few nights ago. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the room was today and spotless. Bathroom very clean. »

« We had the family room which was large and worked good for our family although there were only 2 chairs for the table. The furnishings were a little shabby but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I did have to wait awhile for someone to come when we checked in but our stay was fine and the AC worked great. »

« Check-in was quick, staff was helpful. I would have liked to have known ahead of time that 3% was added for credit card payment; would have brought a check or cash. (If there was something in the listing about this I missed it.) The room (#7)--everything that could be cleaned was spotless, however the carpeting in the bed area was stained and gross. I'm sure it was vacuumed but but it looked dirty. The "closet" in the bed area was unfinished with pipes going through with unpainted dry wall. But...

« All communications from the staff were timely and easy to understand, considering there is nobody physically on-site, it took a second to understand. The rooms were clean and neatly kept, with every amenity one could ask for. The best part was the proximity to downtown Port Austin, less than a 5 min drive and you’re where you want to be. I would highly recommend staying at the Sun and Sand, I know we will when we venture back! »
