The listing advertised two king-sized beds and two queen-sized beds; however, the actual setup was two king-sized beds, one double bed, and two single beds. « The place was ok, not a whole/entire house as advertised. Check in was a little confusing too. The place could do with some small but significant upgrades like a dishwashwer, proper cutting board (wood preferably), and some cooking oil/spray along with some other basic home essentials. Overall the stay was fine. Also, heating is controlled through the main house, so need to message the host to get it turned up/down, which was annoying. »

« My partner and I visited the Newgate Estate for our anniversary, and it was a time we will never forget! The house was perfect. It was spacious, clean, and in a perfect location to walk to the town centre or head over to the beach. We were on the hunt for a pet-friendly rental to bring our dog, and this was the ideal house to have him tag along!
