« We stayed at Heron’s Perch for my son’s birthday weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and perfectly quiet, everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were incredible, with excellent communication from start to finish, which made everything so easy. It’s clear they put a lot of care into making their guests feel welcome. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back on our next trip to the Port Clinton area! »

« The apartment was great, everything was perfect. My wife loved the decorating style. The hosts are great and go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. We will definitely be staying again, thanks for the great weekend. The location right downtown made it easy to walk to local restaurants and bars, the parking is very convenient. « The instructions to find the property did not really adequately describe how you would need to locate the hidden doorway to the building (do not try any of the street doors, there is an entrance in the alley), and somehow find the rickety elevator while wandering through other apartment's courtyards(?). « None of Rooms had doors. Bathroom sliding door no privacy. Everyone had to walk through bedroom to use restroom. Spiders in ceiling lights and spider webs under beds. Advertised hot tub but didn’t see one.i wouldn’t recommend »

« Was as expected. Could use a fresh coat of paint and the common room are small small, but served our needs just right. Price was fine. »

« Convenient parking and location. Everything we needed was within walking distance including parks for our toddler to play. The pack n play and baby gate were very much appreciated when traveling with a little. We did run out of toilet paper, however we were just a short walk from CVS so not a big deal. The host was able to drop some by our door later that evening. The outdoor space could use some attention, but being November, it probably doesn’t get much use. Overall the location was perfect...

« Overall our stay was great. There were a few floor boards in one unit that were cracked and uneven or lifting away from the rest of the floor and cause a couple of us to trip multiple times. Also while both townhomes were tidy there were definitely places the cleaning people didn’t look. There was a napkin and tags from a shirt in a drawer in the living room and a lot of the dishes needed to be washed before we could use them because they weren’t properly cleaned before we arrived.
