« Had some delays at checkin. Room was not ready. Staff was young and unsure how to handle delay (laundry problem - they were waiting on clean fresh laundry) Person that came to room to make up the bed was apologetic. All staff were pleasant but seemed a little overwhelmed. Perhaps this is an isolated incident. The room was fine clean but a bit outdated. I would go back, there are not a lot of options right in Phillipsburgh. »

« The worst experience I ever had in a motel, the sheets were dirty, the room smells horrible and the attention at the front desk was terrible, and also you paid amount here in Expedia but when you get there they charge you for taxes »

« The room was clean… No bugs. The only thing that wasn’t clean was the air conditioner filter. Served its purpose for a stop and sleep. No breakfast. A little bit of a drive to find food. »

« Rooms are filthy, strong unbearable smell. I saw bugs, cockroaches were running on the bed when I turned the lights on. I had to cancel the the rooms ( I booked two rooms) because of it. »
