« We came up for a wedding from NC. Thomas was who I emailed with and he was right on the ball with any info I needed. The VRBO was clean and super spacious, there was a really nice green space behind the property for hanging out and the location couldn’t be more perfect for what we needed. I highly recommend staying here »

« We only stayed two nights in the property and spent very little time there since we were attending a celebration nearby. The location was great, the unit was spacious and comfortable and very very clean. The beds were terrific. We did not take advantage of the pool or the lovely ground outside, but it looks like a very relaxing place to stay and spend some time. We also did not take advantage of the breakfast Buffet, but that looked very nice as well. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Nice large clean upstairs apartment within walking distance of shopping and restaurants as well as campus. Off-street parking was a little tight for two (upstairs downstairs) apartments. The downstairs occupants could be noisy despite signs about evening quiet hours. Overall, we enjoyed having this centrally located apartment as our home base. »

« Enjoyed 6 days with my family at this apartment. The location is perfect as it is right across the street from Princeton. The apartment is pretty spacious. The main bedroom has a lot of natural light which is nice. The second bedroom is smaller but it works. The kitchen is stocked. What’s interesting is each room is on a different level. « The host was very prompt and communicative. The place was also nearby downtown and had beautiful interiors. The o to recommendation I have would be to eventually change out the bed comforter, some pillows, and the mattress cover. I investigated a little too deeply and saw big brown stains on all of them which I understand comes from many guests using them and doing who knows what over time. It's just nice to come to a clean-looking bed. It was also hard to get used to the upstairs neighbors. I...

« The property is close to downtown, absolutely true. BUT, I have stayed in the main floor unit twice and the upstairs unit once over the past 3 years. The property is getting worse. There is NO effort in maintaining much less improving the property.The main shower leaks through to the basement, the smaller bathroom shower has no working light, the oven is broken, kitchen sink constantly leaks, two rolls of toilet paper, and the AC WASN'T working for our stay.
