« This was by far our favorite lake experience in Texas! Only an hour and change from the city and the most beautiful, serene, and inviting spot. The beds were very comfortable and the house was big, cozy, modern all at the same time. My fiancee caught two bass right off the dock and we saw deer, armadillos, raccoons and more! « This house is wonderfully decorated and beautifully remodeled. We had such a great experience here as we visited with six international foreign exchange students as we explored dallas. The game room was their favorite part, plenty of room to run outside and play as well, and we greatly enjoyed the wonderful lake view from the back porch and the boat dock area. « The perfect getaway for families! Lots of fun toys and space for the kids to play. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. Screen porch was perfect for meals. Comfy, cozy space in the main house and bunk house with plenty of seating inside and out. »

« We enjoyed our stay. The property is slightly more dated than the pictures. We thought we would have seating for at least 9. The pictures showed 3 nice bar stools but in reality there was only 2 flat metal ones. This was only a problem because we had dinner planned there. Side note there are no kitchen dish towels. There are no blankets. Please bring them with you. We had a cold front come in and really needed the blankets. We obviously stayed in the winter months. I am sure it is not a problem...
