« We had a great time, spending much of it in the pool. The diving board and pool slide were a hit and the water temp was fine. Property was nice to roam around and house was well maintained. Basement was perfect for activities during rain. Some remotes didnt have batteries. but really no issue as too much other stuff to do instead of watching tv. »

« This place was clean, very well stocked with kitchen and eating items. Spacious, yet uncluttered with kitch. Owner was responsive and clear. Close to Rt 36 for easy in/out. Back deck overhung the river, neighbors were nice and thru the trees… So very private. »

« We stayed as a team bonding event! We rented both villas and had a great time! We took a day to drive to Mohican but spent most the time as the villas swimming, fishing, kayaking and doing break out groups! »

« We stayed in both villas for a weekend of team bonding!! It was the perfect place! It was secluded and private enough. The villas were close enough for the team to go back and forth with each other but far enough to take a break when needed. There was so much to do. They never got bored! They caught a ton of fish and enjoyed the hot tubs. We hope to come back! »
