« Simply perfect! The location is fabulous and the property was perfect for a short stay. The space was immaculate and comfy. I appreciate that they allow one night reservations rather than requiring two nights. I will absolutely check the availability of this rental first when in the area again. »

« Great place to stay. Right on the water. I loved spending quiet mornings sitting by the river. Nice big yard. Close to amenities. We had a good time. I would definitely stay again. »

« The house was SOOO clean and nice! It was easy to find, close to all of our favorite places (only 5 minutes from Rebecca's Bistro!), had the cutest little coffee bar, had all the things you would need for laundry and dishes. David kept us updated on everything leading up to the trip and was very quick in his responses. We will DEFINITELY be booking again! »

« It was nice being right on the river! Enjoyed watching all the river action!! The boys really enjoyed the pool table and game room! Location is close to lots of amenities! We took kayaks down the river one day then launched tubes the next right from the property. Parked the truck down the river at a park and launch to land it was very convenient! »

« Very comfortable, tidy home with games, books, a piano, DVD’s and television for entertainment. It is also located in a nice quiet neighborhood. I’d recommend it to anyone. »

« What a fabulous weekend. We went to my granddaughter's debut of NCAA volleyball go Hilltoppers. What a beautiful home with such history. Definitely will return when we go back to Ashland. Thank you »
