Comté de Hinsdale : Lodges

« Overall it was a good experience. The only issue was that the King sized bed is in the loft area which we wouldn’t get cool enough so we ended up using the Murphy bed downstairs But overall a good experience. »

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I found this condo in very good condition and a good value for three nights after Christmas. Provides great access to both Durango and the mountains. The view out of the window is exceptional. Salt & pepper and a potato peeler would be nice to...

« Overall, my family and I had a nice stay at the cabin, however, I’ve stayed in better maintained rental properties. Cleanliness at the property could be improved as we noticed a lot of hair around the house/on beds. The kitchen pots/pans/utensils were dirty/peeling. We had to figure out how to get the microwave working as it wasn’t turning on (per the management team, this is a common occurrence) and it also took us the whole first day to figure out how to get the hot tub temperature up from 60...

« Great stay! Secluded enough that we didnt deal with a lot of traffic, but close enough to Durango to run into town for essentials and dinner. The room was clean and comfortable. There were tons of scenic areas nearby. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and gym. Easy check in and check out. The whole family had a great time. We are already discussing a return visit for Christmas! »

Reviewer Comments: The room is basically a hotel room with some rustic furniture, some in need of repair or replacement. The picture in the ad shows a bright room. In reality, it's quite dark unless you open the window shades up all the way...

« We had a wonderful getaway with 14 family members (5 of which were our grandchildren ages 6 to 1-1/2). Such a beautiful lodge with plenty of space to enjoy! The surrounding scenery is gorgeous, the views are stunning from the upper covered deck spanning the length of the lodge. Or you can relax in the large hot tub. Great views of all the deer (bucks, does and fawns) coming down the mountain to take advantage of the pond. It is a short walk down to the dock and is a wonderful spot to sit and...
