« Was clam and clean, great access to the rest of Picnic bay we didn’t need to drive much just walked everywhere. The house was set up for family’s and or groups as there was many sitting areas, quiet areas and outside areas for everyone. »

« The accommodation was luxurious, and stunning. The only negative feedback was the tiles around the pool area are extremely dangerous when wet, we did have a guest slip and hurt her knee and the water views in the advertisement does not match the views at the accommodation for this particular property. How ever we will definitely be back to stay again as it is beautiful. »

« It surpassed all our expectations. It was cozy and private and we never had that before ,The established gardens made it, and it felt"home from home"as there were no rule signs everywhere and we could just relax. The location was spot on, everything you could want for your holiday was provided and many extras too, and the whole house was well thought out with people and what they may need /want in mind, . We weren't over looked and I love how it was pet friendly too. We can't wait to come back...

« By the end of our stay, we embraced the house and its location - we had the best time. That said the property is unusual as it is more like 2 complete houses stacked on top of each other.Initially we found the architecture a challenge as we are a group of retirees, and definitely not the demographic the multi-level house is designed for. Specifically for us, there are no internal stairs and on the top floor there is a step up from the verandas to inside the house, with 2 steps in the main...

« Our stay was everything we had hoped for. A nice quirky house with excellent outside areas. A few minutes walk down to the sea front, a quite and relaxing area with a huge back garden for our three dogs to run around in. An excellent wood fired pizza stand at the bottom of the road (Thu, Fri and Sat) and easy access to the main road to start your adventures. The kitchen is pretty new with a brand new dishwasher. All the crockery, pots, pans and cooking utensils are provided. Nice...
