« Great stay »

« Place was as described. Very close to the lift. It’s right out the window. We saw people had stuff to say about Hoots below. We had 2 kids also and they never heard the place below. We were there Saturday and Sunday. So at least 1 very busy day. Hoots is fantastic lodge food and kids are allowed until 9pm. »

« The host treats you as a self reliant guest without being over bearing. He gives you the freedom not to feel like you have to tippy toe around in his Condo. The exit door makes it very easy to leave the premises to catch the shuttle bus to take ski lessons at the ski school in snowshoe village. You can then eventually practice what you’ve learned a baseball throw distance away on the ski slope. I also like the fact unlike the village, it’s quiet in the morning because the slope doesn’t open up...

« Our stay was AMAZING!!! The room is nice, clean, cozy and a gorgeous view of the creek/river! We were coming in early and they allowed us to get in early to get our vacation started! There is a new food place in the same parking lot and an amazing coffee shop next door! The location was perfect! Just far enough from the crowds, but the free bus transportation to the slopes, makes this the perfect location! We loved our stay and would pick this same location if/when we visit again! »

« Ok, this place is a value rental. If you want fancy, move on. But if you want a place to lay your head after skiing that is the best price around, this is your place. Cons: it is above a large convenience store/ gas station so you'll hear their music clearly through the floor (that wasn't fun) and the general noise of the store and it smells a bit because it is an old place. Pros: the price, close to the mountain for skiing, close to the Ski Barn for ski rentals, good well-stocked convenience...
