« I had mentioned to the host that we were celebrating Christmas there with my daughter and her husband. She had it beautifully decorated for the season, complete with outdoor house lights and decorated tree. The house itself was cozy and warm and the location-two blocks from downtown Leiper's Fork couldnt be more perfect. We will definitely stay again! »

Very well stocked with plates and silverware and kitchen basics along with some spices and cooking oils. Nice extras like coffee and creamers. Extra pillows available. « The host was very communicative and responded quickly. The home lived up to the photographs and was very clean upon arrival. The beds were comfortable and water pressure was fine. The downstairs had a projector attached to the ceiling and was perfect for movie night. We also played games downstairs as well. The living room has a great western view that is perfect for sunset. The kitchen was well stocked and very roomy for cooking. It was a great stay enjoyed by all. »

« Constructive feedback: The communication was poor prior to our stay, but when we reached out needing basic essentials like TP and trash bags the 1st full day there, we got a timely response. The pool table isn't level as there is a huge crack in the side. Not as much fun to play on when the balls roll constantly. « Gretchen was so accommodating and very accessible. The house was very well done and was perfect for the five of us plus a toddler. The rooms were spacious and done very well. The back porch and the murals in the back were wonderful. We took pictures in front of them. Parking space was perfect and we had plenty of room.
