The property is an old but very comfortable farm house and had all the amenities we needed for a week. »

« This estate was perfect for us. Less than 5 minutes from dreams park. So many bedrooms it fit our party very comfortably. Julie and her husband really bailed us out. Our previous host double booked us and canceled 36hours before check in. We got ahold of julie who was able to get everything ready for us within 24h of our trip. « This is the most beautiful setting you could imagine- the pool, the river and beautiful green all around. It was very convenient to downtown Cooperstown and an easy drive to the Dream Fields. Plenty of room to spread out- very clean and updated decor, very welcoming. I went into a few of the other rental houses our team stayed in and this one was by far the nicest! Highly recommend! »

We stayed here while our children spent the week at Dreams Park and this was the perfect place to share a home with other families and there was plenty to do for everyone. « The house was perfect. The location was amazing. They had a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed and then some. When we arrived I was so excited to be greeted with the cows next door.
