« Nice roomy house in a good location. The house was clean and stocked with everything you needed. I really like the comfortable bed and great pillows. Just about a TV in every room. Reliable internet kept us connected. I would definitely stay here again. »

« Very nice and quiet! »

« Beautiful Home. A short weekend getaway! Views a great. The home was wonderfully decorated. Not a bad seat on the property. Enjoyed our time on the water and the surrounding area. »

« Great place….Wish we could have stayed longer!!! »

« Newly remodeled, very clean, great location near Murray State. »

The problems are with some maintainence issues around the house- broken fixtures, etc that haven't been repaired. Second problem and less forgivable is the poor communication. Arrival check in instructions were not sent ahead of time and caused a delay of getting into the property.Due to this issue and AC not working when we arrived, the owner offered a partial refund in both a phone call and a text...

« We loved our stay and will be back! Maybe even started a new summer family tradition! The dock was amazing and the porch sights were beautiful! »
