« We really enjoyed our stay. Our grandkids all slept camp out style in the family room in the basement. Beautiful home! Very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants. The only thing i would bring up is the ants in the back yard and front of the house. »

« Family stayed for a baseball tournament at the TBK Sports Complex. It was literally a 4 minute, easy drive to the complex. It's close or a short drive to a lot of restaurants, stores, and attractions. The property was clean, and loved that we could park in the garage!! Be sure to bring your shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for extended stays as there are smaller bottles provided. If you want to spend time on the patio, be sure to bring seating. « It was in a great location. Close to Bettendorf where family is. Great little town that we could walk to! »

« The condo was a perfect size for our family while visiting Davenport. The kitchen and dining room made a great place for us to cook in and not have to eat every meal out. The interior and exterior was well kept and tidy. We enjoyed the smart TV and used the washer and dryer. The bonus half bath in the main bathroom was a bonus. The location is just minutes away from anything we needed. The condo was also quiet all throughout the day and night. »

« This property is easy to navigate, well-lit, tidy, pet friendly, & very convenient for our weekend get-away. We visited family close by, we were able to bring our 13 year old dog. « Very cozy and great views . Port Bryon is a very nice town with wonderful helpful people . We were in town for a family event and the cute condo on the river worked perfect for me and my 2 adult children. would highly recommend »

« We had a great stay here! The room was clean and spacious, perfect for one night. Breakfast in the morning was good. Only issue we ran into was the confirmation I had was different to the front desk so my parents couldn’t check in without me. Not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience »

« We stayed for 3 nights and it was a wonderful experience. Spent our mornings on the deck, catching up and enjoying coffee while watching the river activity. Bed was comfortable and the sound machines were a nice touch! Definitely recommend!!! »

« I needed a place to stay while visiting for work in Davenport. The apartment was very clean and check in process was smooth. It was a bit farther from downtown than I expected but close enough to the freeway that it wasn’t an issue. The property manager was quick to respond to my questions and concerns setting my mind at ease. I appreciated the central air during the heat wave and a suggestion would be a fan upstairs to keep the air circulating and larger curtains for the living room since...

« Hubby and I had a little weekend away and this place was WONDERFUL! SO clean, very cozy and pics are just as the property shows. Delicious coffee shop walking distance, cute little shops and yummy bakery, too. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was well supplied, keurig machine was ready to use and it seems like everything was well thought out.
