« Very easy check in and great stay. »

« We are repeat guest. As always property was well stocked and very clean. Diane is a great host and always available if needed. Caught a couple nice Blue Catfish, 8-10lb. Kicked back outside by the fireplace and relaxed. We unplug when we are there. No news, no phones, no stress. Not too many full-time neighbors. (very quiet). Those that live there are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend a stay for those looking to return to a simpler time, even just for a few days. »

« The overrun of bugs, ladybugs in particular, was my bane of staying at this place. It's a lovely location and building, but the host of this place needs to seal the windows and have quarterly pest control spraying. All day and all night ladybugs crwaled all over the windows, walls, and floors of the place. I killed so many bugs that I should qualify as a pest control technician . Oh yes, the place is in serious need of service to the roof. I cannot count how many past roof leak stains that I...

« Great location.VERY close proximity to anything you could possibly need. If you sit on the back deck long enough, you may see a couple of deer across the street. Supplies were adequate. The neighbor across the street was very nice. The next door neighbor is a bit curious, but other wise a nice quiet neighborhood. I'd definitely book again. »

« I left and am about to do a chargeback as VBRO said the following were minor issues. The yard had toys strewn all over it, there was a car parked beside the drive that was being used as a storage facility, holes in the floor, the toilets had dried urine and pubic hairs stuck to the bases, there was granola in the primary bed, food wrappers stuck in a windowsill, a crack in the center of the front door that light could pass through, wet towels in the washer - that was unplugged and the water...

« We arrived and couldn't get in had to get in contact with the owner and finally got in. There is no dining area indoors (30-40 degrees outside )for a group that wants to eat together with the exception of a tiny fold out table in the kitchen with 2 bar stools. The kitchen was not well stocked. I took photos. The stairs to the second floor are not standard, they are very deep and hard to walk up. The threat of 500, 250 and 50 fines was ridiculous especially since when we arrived there was dog...
