« Very nice tiny house , neighborhood was very peaceful and close to park and beach . Close to shopping and dining . Would definitely stay here again . Thank you for a memorable vaction stay . »

« The house is old, but has been renovated nicely. It was stocked with more than adequate necessities like soap, paper products, coffee and such. Nice coffee maker, new appliances. Cold A/C. There is 2 fenced in areas for the dog(s). Nice shaded area in the backyard with seating. We enjoyed watching the freight and passenger trains roll by. We had a couple of minor issues, but the owner cheerfully and quickly resolved. Would happily stay again! »

« Hayden Cottage was everything we had hoped for (and more) for our weekend getaway. The place was adorable and had all the comforts of home. I absolutely loved sitting on the screened in front porch at night listening to the rain. The location was perfect, and if it had been a little cooler we could have walked to the beach, the park, & the bookstore! »

« The house had a quaint cottage beach feel. It was family friendly with two separate living areas. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. Homeowner is very lovely and willing to help and be available with any issue. »

« Lovely unit, tons of light and very comfy. Bathrooms were on second floor, but we didn’t find it to be a big issue. Great location as a base to visit multiple destinations on MS gulf coast. No toiletries so bring your own face soap and bath soap. Kitchen was stocked with necessities. »
