« Property managers never returned calls. Never returned messages or provided check-in instructions. When we arrived at night with my son, they still did not answer and then, after 25 calls, they answered and said it was canceled that morning. We booked one month out and we were confirmed. I travel all the time. Worst experience of my life with any business, especially a “hospitality” business. »

« This well appointed apartment was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The pictures used to advertise it are true to form. The host responded quickly to communications. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was great and the ac kept the third level unit nice and cool. The apartment location is a convenient walk to many restaurants and shops. Initially, we were a little concerned about the dirty, sketchy street conditions, but had no problems. We found parking on the street right...

« Great space for the price. Walking distance to the stadium and the ball park. Quiet neighborhood with friendly occupants. Would’ve given 5 stars if the unit was clean but it was not, the table and floors were sticky, window sill was covered with dead fruit flies, and I even had a fly glue strip get stuck to my hand when I tried to look through the blinds…😩The bathtub also needs replacing. »
