« I was not allowed entrance to the apartments. He claimed there was a burst pipe. He also claimed he'd put in for a refund for me, but he consistently did not take hotels.com's calls. « The suite was very modern, clean, and had a great view. However, we were told at check in that the air conditioning had issues and was fixed. We placed the AC unit at 67 degress and the unit never got below 79 degress and generally ran at 84 degrees during the day. Again, the unit has great views. However, curtains would have been nice. « The location was wonderful, and the apartment was clean and orderly. There was a bit of noise from the apartment above (footsteps traveled), so I'd recommend a sound machine. The host communicated frequently but not thoroughly and left some instructions out of the messages (such as the WiFi info, which I had to reach out and ask for). « My wife and I stayed here while attending an event at the convention center. Fantastic location to the convention center and restaurants. The apartment is in a secure building. Well stocked for with everything you need to feel at home. There’s a grocery store about 7 minutes away (walking) which was very convenient. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Nicole was fantastic during check in and the parking was in the building next door so pretty easy. We will be back next year! »
