The apartment itself was dirty (neat, and clearly looked at beforehand, but just residues of dirty in all the surfaces, and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke). There were holes in the carpet/flooring and in the closet walls, and the general state of the place was very dingy. »

« Me and my 3 sisters stay in this beautiful clean and easy to find home. Everything was exactly as pictured. The host were wonderful we asked for a early check in and got it with no problems. Getting into the place was a breeze. And the location is great. Close to stores and attractions. The house is so spacious and neighborhood very quiet. We would definitely rent this place again. »

« We were terribly disappointed with this VRBO. There were dirty towels on the floor when we checked in. And I found several long curly hairs from a previous renter. The towels were not not an adequate size. The twin bed pictured is merely an air mattress on the floor. It wasn't even made up when we arrived and there were a few dead ladybugs resting on it. There is no TV in the common area, so to watch TV, everyone must pile onto one of the king beds. Additionally, the frying pan in the kitchen...

« PROS: Location downtown was great. Close to parks, restaurants, bars, and the Grasshoppers Stadium which was a great place for inexpensive family activity. We were there for a soccer showcase at Bryan park and the drive each day was less than 20 minutes each way. Also just a few miles from a great mall which was a perfect spot to meet up with teammates. Complimentary coffee, hair dryers, and shampoo/conditioner/soap in each bathroom was a great plus that you don't get at many VRBOs! We only...

« We had a good stay overall and especially appreciated the convenient location to downtown Greensboro for shopping, restaurants and being close to family. The bed was very comfortable, which made our visit even more enjoyable.There were a few minor maintenance and housekeeping items that we shared privately with the host, and we’re confident they’ll be addressed for future guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host’s responsiveness. »
