Highest Recommendation!First, the location is great - one minute from I-73, making you 5 minutes from I-40, and 10 minutes from I-85, meaning you can be downtown Greensboro in 15 minutes, downtown HP in less than 20, and in Winston in about 25. PTI is about 10 minutes away. Next is the unit itself. It is on the 2nd floor, so the elevator is very helpful with luggage. « The condo was so much better in person than what the pictures could show. I had my adult children come over for our Christmas celebration and we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each other for a long weekend. « The owner used the home to take a shower etc..in the middle of the rental. Two women in their 20's were using the rental they felt unsafe and unacceptable the owner thought he could still use it while it was rented for 7 days. He left his things out in the bathroom so it was clear he used it during their stay. Actually think given the issue we need a 50% refund. »

« This property is extremely comfortable and welcoming. It provides a modern urbanite feel with beautiful decor. The bedrooms were spacious with good storage, the beds are comfortable and large. Large Apple TV. All new decor with fully equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood in park like surroundings. Easy parking. Superior location close to great restaurants and stores, easily accessible for travel. We stayed over a month and could not have been more pleased! This is what VRBO strives to be! »
