« Perfect place for a weekend stay in College Station! The casita was modern & very cute, clean, and comfortable! »

« We had a weekend stay at Studio 12, but wished it could have been longer. Matt and Shay’s Studio 12 was fantastic! It was absolutely one of the cleanest VRBOs we’ve experienced. Our hosts had lights “on” as well as a very comfortable temperature in the studio as we arrived very late. The special touches, soft bedding and towels were wonderful! We hope to book this amazing VRBO again soon! »

« Friendly and helpful. Great location and property to stay solo or family. Lots of activities available onsite at no additional cost including fire pits with ready to lite fires, disc golf, swimming, sand volleyball, yard games, and wildlife sightings. Will stay again! »

« We had such a lovely time staying at the casita. Tony is an amazing host and we definitely will be staying there again if we ever go back to brenham. »

« Our stay was fantastic! Perfect for a couples get away and the pond was a great place to cool off in the Texas heat! Property Manager was responsive and prompt! Would recommend to anyone wanting a cool get away from the normal hustle and bustle. Cheers! »

« The large colonial style home was beautifully maintained and the themed rooms very spacious with private bathrooms. The host was so welcoming and the hot home cooked breakfast delicious. The location and views were stunning. »
