« Great location on the lake and near a lot of good restaurants. The area felt very safe with 24hr guarded entrance gate and a security vehicle monitoring. The apartment was beautifully decorated, very clean, and quiet. We will definitely be back »

« This condo is located in an amazing location very near the campus. We walked to northgate and the game. It is very safe. The place was extremely clean. I love the extra touches they include like plenty of hand towels, soap, shampoo etc. I would definitely stay here again. The only knock on the place is I wish there was a normal sized garbage can in the kitchen area. »

« Clean and quiet condo 5-6 minute drive to Reed Center for TAMU graduation. Nice bedding and cozy living room. Kitchen well equipped but a bit dated; cream for coffee spoiled. However, owners are friendly and responsive. I definitely recommend. WAY better than a mid-range hotel—just no comparison, really. »
