« Host was very welcoming with detailed instructions prior to stay. The cabin is beautifully remodeled and furnished with everything we needed for our stay. Best feature of the cabin is the heated floor in the bathroom. It feels absolutely wonderful on cold mornings! Cabin is truly within walking distance to everything - highly recommend staying here. »

« I’ve stayed at many cabins in Greer but this may be my new favorite. 4 adults for 3 nights. Drove out to Alpine for the day and Big Lake. Fun Saturday at Molly Butler’s and finished Sunday breakfast at The Rendezvous Cafe. All favorites. Cabin is back off the road with plenty of privacy. Super clean. Easily slept 2 couples and had two futon couches that could accommodate kids if needed. Definitely recommend this cabin. »

« We LOVE this cabin. We have stayed before and nothing beats the real log cabin feel. There are cobwebs and dust, but if you are looking for a spotless place then you don’t really belong in the forest. lol!The only thing we would say would make it better is if we could bring our fur baby (dog). We went for Christmas and we were sad we couldn’t bring her with. But other than that we loved everything about it! »

« Thank you for sharing your beautiful house in the Ponderosa pines for our get-away. It had all the amenities anyone would need, including games, TV, and a cozy wood fireplace. Everyone in Alpine was so nice and there's so many nice drives to go see the beautiful nature and wildlife. Highly recommend this place!! »

« We had a wonderful stay. I give it only 4 stars for a few reasons. First, because the photos of the cabin are a bit deceiving. It is a lot smaller than the photos would lead you to believe. Second, the bedroom blinds are very light permeable. The decorative lighting around the house across the street made it very hard to sleep. Third, there were food smears on the sofas and food crumbs between the sofa cushions when we arrived. The cover bedding also seemed like it had not been washed for...

« We enjoyed the location and the deck is spacious, has lots of wildlife, beds were comfortable. We also appreciated the firewood that was available to use. The place is older so understood there may be issues, but I'd like to provide honest feedback.The power went out in the downstairs bedrooms and dining room while sleeping. We figured the breaker jumped so had to find where that was to reset. Refrigerator makes noise while doors are closed like the fan may be going out as it doesn't seem to...
