« Wonderful home close to everything in Springfield. We dropped off our son at Missouri State and we were a 5 minute drive to campus. We were also close to shopping, golf, downtown and Hammons Field. « The basement was musty smelling when we arrived (it had been raining that weekend but the air purifier was off when we arrived). The bedroom off the dining room is a glass door and didn’t have a curtain, so privacy in that room was minimal. Parking was confusing as the street has signs saying permits are required, but we didn’t have any. Overall, it was very clean! For what we needed however, we wished a few things were a bit better. »
