« The lodge is a wonderful place that is perfect in every way. Lots of room,yet still cozy enough to spend time with family and friends. It is great that there is a window in the kitchen that allows you to interact with those sitting in the family room who are watching tv or just hanging out. « Our son attends UW-Platteville, so we planned a quick weekend visit. We live in So.Dak. so the drive takes most of the day. We chose to book The Windmill because we have 2 children and 2 puppies and wanted more than a room with only beds, a bathroom, and TV! When we arrived Friday early evening we easily settled in.
