« Disgusting, filthy, and completely unacceptable hotel room. The host, Mary, was awful and showed absolutely no understanding or concern for her guests. The condition of the room was unsanitary and clearly not properly cleaned or maintained. Hosts need to take responsibility for providing a clean, safe space and should receive proper training on both cleanliness standards and how to appropriately handle guests when serious issues arise. I would absolutely not recommend staying here. »

« We did not stay after such a huge let down! There was no view of the ocean as described when I booked this. There is no direct access to the beach.... if there was a trail it was overgrown and unable to find. The unit itself when we entered had a horrible musty, stuffy smell that would have taken more time than we had to air out. I have been trying to work with the reservation host and after a few emails have been ghosted. So, basically am out $$ unless my credit card company can help. »
